Main house: Gutted and totally restored. Installed new plumbing, wiring, and a geothermal heating system. Also added the wrought iron porch and kitchen wing.
Smaller guest house (dating from the 1700's): Totally restored. Installed new plumbing, heating and electrical systems. Also added rear clapboard part of the house as well as the side porch.
Garage (made to look like a barn): Constructed from scratch, including a studio apartment above.
Grounds: Renovated the stables and added landscaping. Built the outdoor new riding arena.
Smokehouse near the big tree: Restored. The large Chestnut tree dates back to the Civil War, and supposedly John Mosby hid in that tree to escape a Union raid trying to catch him.
